Mystify is an ‘environment agnostic’ technology provider. Our product architecture is based on seamlessly integrated game and utility components (Games, Cart, Order Tracking and more) which can be provided in an API integration layer, integrated to a 3rd party environment, or, as a complete turnkey offering, where these components come tightly integrated within the Mystify Platform, providing a full suite of additional functionality, including customer management, payment processing, compliance, marketing and additional tools.

The cornerstone of Gamified Commerce.
The Mystery Box concept, Mystify’s core game unit, provides customers with the classic Gamified Commerce experience. Customers are presented with a virtual customizable container that can be ‘opened’, in order to reveal one out of a predefined and accurately communicated set of items, prices and probabilities.
From a high-end pair of sneakers to a luxury car, or any other inventory an operator chooses to promote, the Mystery Box concept is the genesis of Gamified Commerce experiences.

Everyone loves a good deal.
The ‘Deal’ game format allows your customers to hunt for bargains while enjoying the thrill of the moment. Customers are able to choose from an inventory pool containing an unlimited number of products and services, calibrating their deal of choice (in either a percent discount, or a fixed amount they are willing to pay), and, let the game begin.
Nothing beats the rush of getting that product you were interested in for a deep discount!

The pursuit of the perfect unveil meets social multiplayer engagement.
Multiplayer battles allow your customer to engage in their favorite unboxing experiences with their peers, creating multiple types of thrilling competitions, from one on one and up to two groups of three participants, either sharing the product pool, or in a winner takes all configuration.
Coupled with 3rd party viewing functionality, battles are the perfect go to for streamers, influencers, and large scale online events.
Game related components
A seamlessly integrated core platform component, the cart is where your customers store their unboxed and obtained inventory of items. Customers can keep items for future use, sell items they are not interested in back to their balance at their market value, or redeem items they are interested in, and have them delivered to a shipping address of their choice. Just like any other streamlined eCommerce process they are familiar with.

Your customers require the level of service they are used to with other high-end commerce operators. Order Tracking and Status Notifications are at the core of that expectation. Built-in order status progress bars and delivery updates allow you to keep your customers in the know, minimize unnecessary customer service inquiries, and provide ongoing order status visibility, up until the successful order fulfillment.

Box (container) creation, configuration, and reporting tools allowing for complete control over your customer’s unboxing experience. Full box item composition, probabilities, pricing and additional parameters, define your proposition and allows you to optimize and differentiate yourself from your competitors.





Order Management
Manage customer orders, verify customer eligibility, and follow a structured process flow for processing your customers’ orders. With a built in order status notification, supplier benchmarking, tracking, and permissions based order approvals, the platform provides a full order-cycle and fulfillment functionality.

Mystify’s OMS is integrated to some of the leading payment processing services available. From credit cards to alternative payment methods, the OMS’ adapter-based architecture allows for a fast turnaround and a holistic approach to payment processing for both incoming and outgoing customer fund flows.

Marketing
Built in marketing tools allow an operator to engage in various types of marketing initiatives. On the customer acquisition side, 3rd party tracking of any and all customer lifecycle events, and promo code based tracking functions are available. On the customer retention side, available tools provide the ability to configure features such as rake back, free boxes, leaderboards and additional social and other highly engaging activities.
